Meet Our Founder

Emeka Okoronkwo

CEO, Kingscourt Realtors

He is a sworn Estate Surveyor Valuer and a certified realtor. He has been engaged in active practice in the Real Estate industry for almost three decades.

The motivation to use Real Estate as a catalyst for socio-economic enhancement for all people has created opportunities for him to manage complex and varied portfolios of Real estate investment on behalf of clients and in each case offer practical, prudent, and economically rewarding solutions for the benefit of the clients.

He has participated in virtually all aspects of Real Estate consultancy around Africa, Europe and America and played an active role in the valuation of assets of Blue-chip Corporations during the mergers and acquisitions that occurred in Nigeria, Europe and America in the last two decades; leaving him with a massive experience base to continue to provide solutions to governments, companies, individuals, and family estates.
